Ethics and Integrity Principles

The indispensable values of Garanti BBVA; commitment to trust, integrity, accountability and transparency principles, are the most fundamental responsibilities of the Bank to all its stakeholders, particularly its customers and employees, and at the same time, the assurance of its strong reputation.

This document is a guide and the principles contained in it are the reflection of Garanti BBVA's vision, mission, values, behaviors and work patterns. No tolerance shall be given to any behavior that may be contrary to what is written in this document or that may damage the reputation or reputation of the Garanti BBVA during the performance of the mission.

The Guarantee Ethics and Integrity Principles are set as compulsory education for all Garanti BBVA employees. To date, 22.178 hours of training has been given within this scope.

According to the Capital Markets Board's Corporate Governance Communiqué no. II-17.1, if stakeholders have encountered or are suspicious of a behavior or transaction that is inconsistent with the "Garanti BBVA Ethics and Integrity Principles", etikbildirim@Garanti BBVABBVA.com.tr e-mail address has been created to be reported of contradictions.  In case of notifications made via e-mail address, stakeholders should also send their names, surnames and contact information so that it can be communicated with them if necessary. Notifications are evaluated by Garanti BBVA Bank Compliance Department. A person reporting graciously through the line, will not be the target of any repetition as a result of the notification, or will not face a negative result. Such notifications are treated and concluded in a serious manner.

The Garanti BBVA Ethics and Integrity Principles ' and other related documents are reviewed and updated according to the requirements of the changing business life.
